🛒 Orders & Payments

Q1. How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, add your favorite jewellery pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Q2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Yes ✅, COD is available across most pin codes in India. However, certain remote areas may not be serviceable.

Q3. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD. All online payments are 100% secure.

Q4. Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing (if not shipped). Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Q5. How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.

Q6. Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship only within India 🇮🇳. International shipping will be launched soon — stay tuned!

Q7. How can I track my order?ethods do you accept?

A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor your order status.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q8. Can I return/exchange a product?

A: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. Earrings, nose pins, sale items, and custom jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.

Q9. What if I received a damaged/wrong product?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Q10. Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping ✅. For personal returns (change of mind), the customer bears courier charges.

Q11. How long will my refund take?

A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive & inspect the product. COD refunds are done via bank transfer/UPI.

Q12. What material is your jewellery made of?

A: We offer premium imitation/fashion jewellery under HSN 7117. All pieces are carefully crafted for long-lasting shine and finish.

Q13. Will the jewellery tarnish or fade?

A: With proper care, our jewellery stays beautiful for a long time ✨. Keep away from water, perfumes, and direct sunlight. Store in airtight pouches for best results.

Q14. How do I clean and maintain my jewellery?

A: Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use. Avoid harsh chemicals and always store in the provided box/pouch.

Q15. Do you offer gift packaging?

A: Yes 🎁, every order is shipped in premium Monica’s Jewel Studio packaging with love. You can also add a gift message at checkout.
